It is not officially Day 2! But this is the second post that comes to mind after taking a couple days to reminisce life. Because it takes time. This process will take time. Healing takes time. You need to go through all stages of the grief and only then can you be truly healed.
I'm not a certified psychiatrist or a psychologist to tell you the stages of grief. But I'm told that you need to go through these to build yourself back up. It is required to pick up the pieces of your heart and to bring them together.
There will be one stage in your life too where you would not know what's going to happen. And it applies to a lot of situations in life. This situation will break you the most. You will be living in the past and the future at the same time messing up your present. The brain plays these tricks on you to try and know answers to the thousand questions that your subconcious mind is conjuring at the moment.
Let me tell you to just stop! Just stop your brain because you have no control over the past or the future. If only there was a time machine created to know all the answers! But there isn't. You need to find solace in your current situation and be okay with it. Be content and extremely proud of yourself to face what you're facing.
It is no joke! Not everyone has the guts to go through what you're going through. And God has destined to learn whatever he wants you to learn in this phase. So take every second, minute and day as a blessing and calm yourself down.
Go watch that movie you've been waiting for. Go out clubbing with your friends. Go out and meet your people as often as you can. Put that brave smile of yours on your face and hold your head high! You are amazing to be still fighting and finding a different, stronger version of yourself that will make this world a better place to live. Kudos Champ! Keep going!
